Our half management service offers the everyday business owner with a ready to go food station the opportunity for us to invest in the following; everyday business owner purchases and manage day to day food inventory, they screen, hire, and pay all employees through their corporate structure of governance. Our services offers our custom brand menus base on each location, we train all employees, we get menu created and printed, we run promotional and we run day to day operations. Everyday business owner is responsible for cost to operate. Our fee is 50% to operate, 50% business owner pay out. Each menu design has a minimum food sales goal of $100k yearly, using our standard food POS system of our choice. Two year minimum sign on contract standard for all locations.
